Private Equity Investment Director/VP

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Private Equity Investment Director/Vice President

As an Investment Director/VP, you will be responsible for leading the investment activities of our private equity program, including sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing deals in line with our investment strategy. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and investors, as well as contributing to the development of our overall business strategy.

Key requirements:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial sector
Demonstrable track record of deal sourcing, execution, and management
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business models and financial statements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Experience leading teams and managing junior staff
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, economics, business)
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, ACA, MBA) preferred

Additional qualifications:
Knowledge of key industries and markets, including emerging markets
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
