Institutional Client Relations Principal

Our company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Financial Services Institutional Client Relations Principal to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and maintain positive relationships with our institutional clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset -managers, and other financial institutions.
Understand each client's unique needs and goals, and work to align our services with their requirements.
Create and implement an effective client engagement strategy that fosters open communication and collaboration.
Provide regular updates to clients on market trends, investment performance, and other relevant industry news.
Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by clients, working to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, research, trading, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Conduct regular account reviews and communicate findings to clients, including recommendations for optimising their portfolio.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in institutional client relations within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
Proven track record of retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex initiatives.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
